Consciousness Coach is an independent publication. The content here is published for those who are looking to become consciously engaged with their own self developmental process. Engaging with the content here will gradually bring the seeker in touch with the essence that lies at the very core of their being, if they put the necessary intention and effort towards that end. Engaging with this content will shift the seeker’s conscious perception to higher levels and aid them in bringing about a monumental transformation in their lives.

As the name implies, the wide variety of content published here is designed with the intention of helping anyone who interacts with it to expand their consciousness. In other words, simply interacting with the content here acts to coach one's consciousness into more expanded states, at which point these states can hopefully become established within that individual. To that end, the content here helps the seeker to establish a new way of thinking, communicating, reasoning and ultimately living.

Although the word consciousness has become somewhat fashionable to be used as of late, what is published here has very little to do with what is typically referred to through the use of this word, or to be more exact, what we typically refer to as consciousness only represents a tiny fraction of the true scope of consciousness. Such approaches often bring the seeker to focus on the world around them as part of their effort to try and understand the nature of consciousness. Although one may think that such an approach would only be logical, it is short-sighted once we come to clearly perceive the principles and mechanisms involved.

The focus of the content here instead brings the seeker's focus back to their internal world, where they must first establish a certain clarity in their perception before they even begin to think of trying to interact with the world around them in order to gain a higher degree of understanding. This is because, by working through the content here, the seeker will eventually realise that a a true understanding of the nature of consciousness in its full and entire scope must primarily based on whether we have first come to perceive the world outside of us correctly first. Therefore, a true understanding of the cosmos must find its point of origin within each of us. It is establishing this internal shift within us first that results in those internal shifts becoming a part of everything we do in the world, and therefore naturally a part of our perception of the world around us.

To that end, the content here aids the reader in coming to internally realise the true nature of consciousness by looking at a variety of different fields of study which have typically been considered to be separate from each other, such as: philosophy, religion, science and spirituality. The unification of all of these separate fields in a more intellectual manner serves to unify the seeker’s conscious perception, allowing them to go beyond the limitations of the more phenomenal aspects of the cosmos, arriving at a deeper understanding of themselves, the cosmos, the nature of consciousness, and the very nature of existence itself.
